The following letter, along with a disk of support files, was received today from the Caddo Parish School Board Superintendent, Dr. Gerald Dawkins. It is an answer to three previous requests for documents that had not been provided, but the real answer will be in the interpretation of documents that support these statements. Tomorrow, along with details as to how these answers comply with laws regarding the use of funds by the CPSB, the details will be released. Specific questions to the appropriateness of the use of General Fund and several Federal Fund projects have submitted to the Louisiana Legislative Auditor and the Louisiana Department of Education.
NOTE: Students at CPSB, er, I mean CPDSB (Caddo Parish Dunce School Board), because you may be referenced as failing students, who are forced to wear the “Dunce” cap and sit in the corner. If you don’t learn your lessons from this next series of lessons, you may have to also go to detention. For some that is often referred to as the little room with the big steel lock on the door. Take notes carefully and get ready for the coming quizzes and tests.
