  • Only Administrators or Authors may create new topics. All participants are limited to commenting on existing topics.
  • If you send a suggestion for a new topic, it will be considered. We are taking applications for new Authors based upon expertise with the media and interest. Please feel free to submit new topic ideas. We are LIMITING the growth of the site at this time.

  • Yes, we are opening areas for participation. Please complete an inquiry form and we will responds ASAP. Please be patient, we are controlling our growth to manage content and our ability to monitor issue. Better to be too slow than grow imprudently.

Start your search by going to : http://www.la-par.org/rightscard.cfm – it is your RIGHT! Don’t allow them to give you the “run around.” If they don’t know the law, tell them to go to this site also.
